Your domain is registered in your name. Soltra manages DNS and hosting, but you retain ownership. You can transfer your domain to another registrar anytime. Soltra will assist with the transition.
You own your business content and data
All business text, images, logos, customer lists, and business data you provide as part of your engagement remain your exclusive property and are never sold or licensed to third parties without your explicit written authorization. You can request a complete export of your content and business information at any time. This is distinct from information submitted to soltra.cc itself (e.g. a contact-form inquiry before you were a client), which is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You own your site's code
Once the 30-day money-back guarantee window has closed and your project is paid in full, ownership of your site's code transfers to you. While Soltra hosts your site, we hold a hosting license so we can run, back up, and maintain it — but the code is yours.
Clear path forward
Your subscription ends whenever you choose. Your domain, content, data, and site code are all yours to take. Soltra provides complete exports and transition support for moving to any host.
